The Cooperation Fund Foundation, in connection with the implementation of the "Paths of Cooperation" project, is looking for a contractor for the following order:
The purpose of the order is to organize 4 meetings in Warsaw and Radom as part of the "Cooperation Paths" project (room rental and catering) "Cooperation Paths – support for entities implementing international cooperation" implemented under Priority Axis IV of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development.

Subject of the order
Description of the subject of the order/scope of service:
1) The subject of the order is the organization of 4 meetings for participants of the project "Cooperation Paths – support for entities implementing international cooperation":
a. regional animation meeting with applicants in Warsaw – 27/11 – 70 participants, 4 hours
b. regional animation meeting with applicants in Radom – 29/11 – 70 participants, 4 hours
c. Animation workshops with applicants in Warsaw – 4/12 – 15 participants, 6 hours
d. Animation workshops with applicants in Radom – 6/12 – 15 participants, 6 hours
The service includes:
a. Catering and refreshments during coffee breaks during 4 meetings. The service includes the provision of:
• 1 coffee break for meetings in points 1)a. and 1)b, i.e. for regional information meetings, for 70 people each time
• 1 coffee break and 1 lunch set for meetings in points 1)c. and 1)d., i.e. for animation workshops with applicants, for 15 people each time
The lunch set will include: soup, main course, dessert, and drinks.
The menu should include a vegetarian option. Lunch can be a buffet. The menu should include two or three sample menus for each meal of the day. Coffee breaks will include coffee, tea, beverages (including water and fruit juices), pastries, and seasonal fruit.
b. Conference room rental:
• 1 conference room for 70 people for meetings in points 1)a. and 1)b, i.e. for regional information meetings
• 1 conference room for 15 people for meetings in points 1)c. and 1)d., i.e. for animation workshops with applicants
Conference room requirements: a bright room (daylight), a theater-style setup with tables for four small task groups; the room must be equipped with at least 1 microphone (for meetings of up to 70 people),
1 computer, 1 screen, 1 projector, 1 flipchart (with paper and colored markers), Internet access (for all rooms).
