The Cooperation Fund Foundation is looking for an expert on difficult youth to implement the Partnership for Support of Young People project, the aim of which is to increase the scope and relevance of the offer of the Labor Market Institution (IRP) addressed to young people.

Scope of tasks:
- development of recommendations based on applicable documents and strategies
and programmes concerning the situation of young people on the labor market in the context of difficult youth, - conducting a diagnosis of the assistance provided to young people so far
in the area of the labor market in Poland, - participation in project meetings during which recommendations will be consulted with external experts and representatives of: labor market institutions, entities operating in the education system, employers, social assistance and integration institutions, and those dealing with youth,
- making necessary corrections resulting from participation in consultation meetings.
We expect candidates to:
- having knowledge in the field of difficult youth, NEET,
- having experience in conducting social analyses and diagnoses,
- very good skills in: data analysis, drawing logical conclusions, formulating assumptions and hypotheses and their verification,
- the ability to present data and make recommendations,
- very good organization of own work and ability to work under time pressure,
- communication skills.
Exclusion: We invite applications from individuals currently not employed by labor market institutions, in accordance with the Act of 20 April 2004 on Employment Promotion and Labor Market Institutions . Exclusion results from the project's requirements.
