The Foundation is seeking an expert career advisor to participate in the recruitment of candidates for the "Success in Your Own Business" project, which aims to increase the level of employment and entrepreneurship among unemployed people in the Łódź Voivodeship.
Subject of the contract: Expert services of a career advisor in the recruitment of candidates for participation in a project aimed at increasing the level of employment and entrepreneurship among unemployed people from the Łódź Voivodeship.
The service involves holding meetings with candidates, assessing their professional predispositions to running a business, preparing a written opinion and expressing it in points.
The career counselor will conduct 60 one-hour meetings over the course of eight business days, starting August 29, 2016, and ending September 7, 2016. The meetings will be held in our office at Wólczańska Street 51 in Łódź. The service delivery date may be extended.
Form of cooperation: civil law contract. This invitation is addressed to individuals.
Expectations towards the Contractor:
- higher education or postgraduate studies in career counseling
- having at least 3 years of experience in a career counseling position
- experience in working with people aged 50+
- full availability during the service period
- training in the principles of non-discrimination and ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities
Experience in projects financed by the European Social Fund will be an additional advantage
