The Foundation is seeking an expert psychologist to participate in the recruitment of candidates for the "Success in Your Own Business" project, which aims to increase the level of employment and entrepreneurship among unemployed people in the Łódź Voivodeship.
Subject of the contract: Expert services of a psychologist in the recruitment of candidates for participation in a project aimed at increasing the level of employment and entrepreneurship among unemployed people from the Łódź Voivodeship.
The service involves conducting meetings with candidates, assessing their entrepreneurial skills and motivation for running a business, preparing a written opinion, and expressing it in points. The psychologist will conduct 60 one-hour meetings over eight business days, starting August 29, 2016, and ending September 7, 2016. The meetings will take place in our office at 51 Wólczańska Street in Łódź. The service completion date may be extended. The form of cooperation is a civil law contract. This invitation is open to individuals.
Expectations towards the Contractor:
- higher education in a field of study
- experience in diagnosing personality trait predispositions
- experience in working with people aged 50+
- knowledge of the modern labor market
- full availability during the service period
- training in the principles of non-discrimination and ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities.
Experience in projects financed by the European Social Fund will be an additional advantage
