This invitation is addressed to individuals to submit proposals for the evaluation of recruitment forms submitted by candidates for the "Success in Your Own Business" project, which aims to increase the employment and entrepreneurship levels of unemployed individuals in the Łódź Voivodeship, as well as individual business consulting for participants in this project. The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit your offer, taking into account the following requirements:
Subject of the contract: Expert business advisory services for a project aimed at increasing employment and entrepreneurship among unemployed individuals in the Lodz Voivodeship. The project will result in the creation of at least 65 new businesses, which will be sustained for a minimum period of 12 months. The service will be implemented in two phases:
Stage 1 – evaluation of recruitment forms of candidates for participation in the project.
The service involves assessing 80 recruitment forms regarding the company's market opportunities, providing a written opinion, and awarding the appropriate number of points in accordance with the project's recruitment regulations. The assessment is expected to take approximately 15 business days.
Stage 2 – individual counseling for project participants – assistance in preparing a business plan, adapting the company to the needs of the local market and the participant's predispositions – the function and objectives of the business plan, design principles, structure, marketing plan, SWOT analysis, financial plan, presentation of the company's financial condition. Average 5 hours per person for 40 participants, i.e., approximately 200 hours.
