The scope of the animator’s responsibilities is in accordance with applicable legal regulations, the project, and the guidelines of the Institutions responsible for the management and implementation of EU Programmes, including in particular:
- Local animation
- local animation combined with the recruitment of individuals for the project
- working with non-governmental organizations that want to "economize"/transform into PS
- organizing and coordinating activities (training and consulting) at the PES Incubation and Development Center
- Supporting the local partnership specialist in the implementation of activities related to the animation, building and development of local partnerships for the development of the social economy in the Radom subregion,
- providing support to local communities in diagnosing their needs and creating action plans, recommending other support, e.g. consulting, study visits, training,
- finding local leaders, supporting them in developing their skills,
- developing a concept of cooperation with the local community,
- conducting animation activities aimed at local communities,
- supporting the process of building, developing and evaluating partnerships,
- Preparation of substantive reports on tasks carried out within the project.
- Collaboration with local partnership specialists and a field recruiter.
We expect candidates to:
- higher education,
- experience in implementing ESF projects,
- knowledge of social economic issues, practical knowledge preferred,
- experience (min. 1 year) in a position related to local animation/creating partnerships/cooperation with non-governmental organizations and local government,
- conscientiousness, independence, creativity, responsibility and availability,
- interpersonal and communication skills,
- proficient computer skills in MS Office,
- have a category B driving license and your own car,
