The Cooperation Fund Foundation, in connection with the implementation of the project "Incubation and Support of Social Economy in the Radom subregion", is looking for a candidate for the position of:
Career advisors

place of work: Radom subregion, i.e. the following counties: Radom, Białobrzegi, Kozienice, Przysucha, Lipsko, Szydłowiec, Zwoleń, the city of Radom.
form of cooperation: civil law contract
Scope of duties of a career advisor:
• preparing entrepreneurship surveys for candidates,
• evaluation of surveys,
• conducting individual interviews to assess the motivation of potential project participants to establish or employ them in social enterprises based on a prepared interview scenario (approved by the client) and preparing notes from the interview for each participant,
• preparing recommendations for participation in the project, including possible deficits to be compensated,
• participation in the work of the Recruitment Committee.
We expect candidates to:
• higher education in the field of career/personal counseling or qualifications enabling the provision of career counseling confirmed by a certificate/attestation
• at least 150 hours of conducted career counseling classes for the project's target group (OSP clients, unemployed people, disabled people),
• knowledge of the issues of professional activation of people at risk of social exclusion and social economy,
• conscientiousness, independence, creativity, responsibility and availability,
• interpersonal and communication skills,
• proficient computer skills in MS Office,
• mobility and knowledge of the topography of Masovia (meetings in various towns of the Radom subregion)
