The Cooperation Fund Foundation, in connection with the implementation of the project "Incubation and Support of Social Economy in the Radom subregion", is looking for a candidate for the position of:
Psychologist

place of work: Radom subregion , i.e. the following counties: Radom, Białobrzegi, Kozienice, Przysucha, Lipsko, Szydłowiec, Zwoleń, the city of Radom.
form of cooperation: civil law contract
Scope of duties of a psychologist:
1. Participation in the recruitment process of candidates to participate in the project by:
• preparing surveys examining the social skills of potential participants,
• evaluation of surveys,
• conducting an individual interview to assess the motivation of potential participants to participate in the social enterprise (on a scale of 1 to 5),
• preparing a recommendation for participation in the project, including any deficits to be compensated,
• participation in the work of the Recruitment Committee.
2. Individual support for participants:
• providing psychological assistance to project participants in compensating for their deficits in accordance with the recommendations issued during recruitment,
• providing ad hoc psychological assistance to participants during the project implementation
when the need arises.
3. Psychological services will be provided within the time limits specified by the Ordering Party.
in the following dimensions:
• participation in the recruitment process: maximum 150 hours.
• individual support for participants: maximum 145 hours.
We expect candidates to:
• higher education: master's degree in psychology,
• at least one year of experience in providing psychological support to people from groups at risk of social exclusion.
• experience in the recruitment process of participants from groups at risk of social exclusion (as defined in the Act on Social Cooperatives), work in at least 1 project co-financed by the ESF,
• conscientiousness, independence, creativity, responsibility and availability,
• interpersonal and communication skills,
• good work organization and resistance to stress,
• proficient computer skills in MS Office,
• mobility and knowledge of the topography of Masovia (meetings in various towns of the Radom subregion)
