The Cooperation Fund Foundation is looking for a candidate for the position of: PR and Media Relations Specialist

Scope of tasks:
• developing and implementing plans/strategies for project promotion,
• developing concepts and implementing promotional campaigns,
• building a media database and establishing relationships with journalists in the Masovian Voivodeship,
• ePR – special emphasis on the use of the latest online image building tools,
• ensuring appropriate internal communication within the team,
• cooperation with project partners in the promotion of the project, assistance in recruitment and publicizing project events,
• acquiring and maintaining contacts with media patrons of the project,
• cooperation with national, regional and local media,
• preparing information and press releases,
• participation in key project events and developing media coverage, on the website and in social media,
• editing promotional texts, leaflets, brochures and other information materials,
• publishing and editing content on the project website and using other websites, including social media, to promote the project
Requirements:
• higher education (preferred fields: journalism, marketing, PR, humanities) and possibly supplemented with postgraduate studies in the field of PR or promotion
• minimum two years of experience in a similar position,
• practical knowledge of ePR and the use of its tools (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram/discussion forums),
• journalistic experience, editing press materials,
• the so-called "light pen", ease of writing
• knowledge of issues related to promotion, marketing, public relations, including media relations,
• established contacts with media dealing with social issues are welcome,
• knowledge of modern marketing tools,
• creativity, commitment, effectiveness
• excellent work organization
• proficient computer skills in MS Windows, MS Office, WordPress
• responsibility, punctuality and high personal culture
