The Cooperation Fund Foundation is looking for a candidate for the position of:
Promotion and Communication Specialist
(place of work: Warsaw, working hours: 1 full-time position)
Scope of tasks:
• conducting activities aimed at obtaining cooperation from external entities (companies, social enterprises, administration)
• maintenance of websites and design platforms, including cooperation with external contractors
• support in running fan pages on FB, including hotline support
• editing promotional texts, leaflets, brochures and other information materials
• publishing and editing content, photos, graphics on project websites and platforms and using other websites, including social media, for promotional purposes
• involvement in other activities related to the projects of the Social Innovation Department aimed at their promotion
• support for the Social Innovation Department team in ongoing activities, including cooperation with other FFW departments
We expect the candidate to:
• minimum secondary education (students of humanities, e.g. journalism, philology, sociology, pedagogy are welcome)
• full-time availability
• computer skills, including MS Office/Open Office
• knowledge of CMS (e.g. WordPress) and graphic programs (e.g. Photoshop)
• experience in running Facebook fan pages
• skills in editing promotional texts, the so-called light pen
• knowledge of issues related to corporate social responsibility
• high interpersonal and communication skills
• high personal culture
• commitment to the duties performed and own initiative
and creativity
• knowledge of English, both spoken and written, at least at an intermediate level (B1)
