The Cooperation Fund Foundation, in connection with the implementation of the project "Incubation and Support of Social Economy in the Radom subregion", is looking for a candidate for the position of:
Recruitment Specialist
reference number: 13/DWES/RAD/FFW/2017
Place of work: Radom subregion, i.e. the following counties: Radom, Białobrzegi, Kozienice, Przysucha, Lipsko, Szydłowiec, Zwoleń, the city of Radom.
Responsibilities of the Recruitment Specialist:
• active search and recruitment of project participants,
• verification of application documents in terms of meeting the eligibility criteria of participants,
• assistance in completing application forms for candidates: natural and legal persons,
• organization of recruitment meetings,
• searching and recruiting local leaders, assisting in the formation of initiative groups,
• providing information to candidate participants about the mOWES offer during individual and group meetings, informing participants about the recruitment criteria,
• organization of the recruitment process – including preparation of recruitment regulations, arranging meetings for candidates with a career counselor and psychologist, and supervision of the work of the recruitment committee,
• informing participants about their qualification for the project,
• preparation of summaries and reports on recruitment.
• Cooperation with an animator and specialists in local partnerships
We expect candidates to:
• higher education,
• experience in implementing ESF projects,
• knowledge of social economic issues, practical knowledge preferred,
• experience (min. 1 year) in a position related to recruitment, HR,
• conscientiousness, independence, creativity, responsibility and availability,
• interpersonal and communication skills,
• proficient computer skills in MS Office,
• have a category B driving license and your own car,
