The Cooperation Fund Foundation announces the recruitment of partners for a project prepared as part of a call for proposals financed by the European Social Fund, Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020, Priority Axis IV Social innovation and transnational cooperation, Measure 4.3 Transnational cooperation PO WER
Offers must be submitted by May 6, 2017 .
Partner selection criteria:
1. Compliance of the potential partner's actions with the partnership objectives.
2. We are looking for partners: from the non-governmental and/or business sectors
3. The Partner must have at least 2 years of documented experience in one of the following areas:
– therapeutic work with people with mental disorders, especially those affected by long-term homelessness;
– working with homeless people, especially long-term homeless people (over 5 years on the street);
– professional activation of long-term unemployed people, including people with physical, intellectual or sensory disabilities, people affected by homelessness; this refers to people from groups that are in the most difficult situation on the labour market, at risk of exclusion or socially excluded.
4. The partner must have appropriate staff potential to implement the project, with experience in conducting projects with similar themes (please demonstrate the potential of at least 2 people).
NOTE: A partner cannot be an entity excluded from receiving funding (referred to in art. 207 sec. 4 of the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finances) and, in accordance with art. 33 sec. 6 of the Act of 11 July 2014, an entity affiliated with the Applicant within the meaning of Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L 187 of 26.06.2014). A partner also cannot be an entity in arrears with public law liabilities.
