The Cooperation Fund Foundation announces recruitment for the position of
"Project Specialist"

Since 2014, the Cooperation Fund Foundation has been implementing the Civic Initiatives Fund – Local Mazowsze program. The project aims to increase citizen engagement in public life, particularly in small local communities, but also in small communities in large cities that have limited access to material resources, knowledge, and innovation. A key element of this project is regranting – we award nearly 160 microgrants (up to PLN 5,000) annually to young NGOs, informal groups, and self-help organizations. The current program will run until December 31, 2017.
Main tasks:
- tender process management (participation in local committees, contacts with beneficiaries, preparation of contracts and documentation necessary for their signing);
- fulfilling the function of a "project supervisor" (support for beneficiaries during project implementation, changes in contracts, settlement and closure of projects);
- participation in information and promotional activities;
- hotline service.
We expect:
- higher education in the humanities or social sciences;
- experience of working "in" or "with" non-governmental organizations, informal groups, volunteering;
- experience in design work;
- knowledge of the specifics of the third sector;
- key features and competencies: initiative, independence and creativity, communication skills and teamwork, effective time management.
We offer:
- employment from 1 May 2017;
- fixed-term employment contract 1 May 2017-31 December 2017, with the possibility of extension;
- remuneration of PLN 2,800 gross;
- full-time employment from 4/5 to 1 full-time position;
- work in a 3-person team dedicated to the implementation of tasks;
