The Cooperation Fund Foundation, in connection with running the Masovian Social Economy Support Centre, is looking for a candidate for the position of: OWES manager / specialist for subsidies, bridging support and PES/PS monitoring

The scope of responsibilities of the manager/specialist in accordance with applicable law, the project, and the guidelines of the Institutions responsible for the management and implementation of EU Programmes, including in particular:
1. Working for the development of the social economy in Mazovia, creating new jobs and social enterprises.
2. Activities related to the function of project coordinator/OWES manager resulting from the implementation of project activities and tasks arising from AKSES (planning of activities and work, coordination of task execution, control and monitoring of work carried out, participation in the implementation of substantive tasks, reporting within projects).
3. Monitoring the financial settlement of the financial support provided under the project and maintaining the sustainability of the subsidized jobs:
• Preparation of agreements for providing financial support for establishing/joining/employing in PES/PS and bridge support,
• Monitoring the compliance of the implementation of tasks with the material and financial schedule, including the implementation of monitoring visits to co-financed PES/PS,
• Control and verification of settlements of subsidies and financial bridge support
• Preparation of documents regarding the payment of tranches for PES/PS,
• Corresponding with project participants, providing written responses.
4. Monitoring project finances, receiving and describing external and internal financial documentation,
5. Preparing information on OWES activities and the advisory support available within the OWES offer for the creation of new non-governmental organizations, PES and PS,
6. Preparing new proposals and projects within the scope of activities of the Masovian Social Economy Support Centre and the Social Economy Support Department, cooperating in this respect with other employees and teams of the Cooperation Fund Foundation and partners.
7. Preparation of substantive reports on tasks carried out within the project, i.e. input to payment applications,
8. Participation in current activities related to the implementation of the department's tasks, participation in contractor selection procedures, participation in the preparation of contracts and other documentation used to perform the department's tasks, participation in meetings, conferences, workshops devoted to the implementation of projects, participation in activities related to the archiving of project documentation
9. Liaise with OWES staff, in particular the manager, key general and business advisors, facilitator, local partnership specialists and field recruiter and service providers.
We expect the candidate to:
• higher education,
• experience in implementing ESF projects/coordinating ESF projects
• knowledge of social economic issues, practical knowledge preferred,
• experience (min. 2 years), including at least one year in a position related to the development of social economy/implementation of EU projects co-financed by the ESF,
• conscientiousness, independence, creativity, responsibility and availability,
• interpersonal and communication skills,
• proficient computer skills in MS Office,
