Scope of tasks:
● Analyzing the possibilities of the Foundation's participation in development aid programs managed directly by the European Commission, especially in the scope of the Ukrainian Facility,
● Preparation of documentation and participation in the Foundation's Pillar Assessment process,
● Searching for partners and establishing cooperation with European and Ukrainian experts and organizations to implement joint activities,
● Development of concepts and implementation of development cooperation projects financed by the European Commission and Polish development aid,
● Implementation of projects in accordance with procedures – including: acquisition of experts, selection and cooperation with external contractors of the Foundation (inquiries, selection, contract, cooperation during the implementation of commissioned services),
● cooperation in the creation, implementation and execution of communication and promotional activities of projects,
● organization of project events,
● ensuring effective internal communication,

We expect the candidate to:
● higher education, preferred fields: law, economics, management, political science, related,
● experience (min. 3 years) in the implementation of international projects or in international cooperation or in a similar position,
● knowledge of English, both spoken and written, enabling the preparation of applications and business communication in this language,
● knowledge of the functioning and principles governing cohesion policy programmes and centrally managed programmes as well as development assistance of the European Commission,
● creativity, commitment, effectiveness,
● excellent work organization,
● responsibility, punctuality and high personal culture.
● Proficient computer skills in MS Windows, MS Office, CMS (e.g. WordPress) and graphic programs (e.g. Photoshop, Canva)

Welcome:
● knowledge of Ukrainian in speech and writing,
● experience in working in public finance sector entities,
● knowledge of aspects related to the functioning of non-governmental organizations,
