The Foundation is looking for a specialist in HR and management in medium-sized enterprises.
Scope of duties:
- developing solutions in the field of human resources management, which will be part of a tool for medium-sized enterprises regarding equal treatment and equal opportunities for women and men in business
- participation in the preparation of a program of seminars for medium-sized enterprises on the possibilities of implementing solutions in the field of equal opportunities for women and men in enterprises
- providing consultancy services to medium-sized enterprises
We expect candidates to:
- experience in the area of HR and personnel management in medium-sized companies
- practical knowledge of the specific operation of medium-sized enterprises
- knowledge of the issues of equal opportunities, gender equality, equal treatment
- creativity, independence and initiative
- interpersonal and communication skills
Form of employment: approx. ¼ full-time employment, employment contract or civil law contract, work for 8 months
