The Foundation is looking for a lawyer
Scope of duties:
- developing legal solutions that will form part of a tool for medium-sized enterprises regarding equal treatment and equal opportunities for women and men in business;
- participation in the preparation of a program of seminars for medium-sized enterprises on the possibilities of implementing solutions in the field of equal opportunities for women and men in enterprises;
- providing consultancy services to medium-sized enterprises.
We expect candidates to:
- experience in projects in the field of equal opportunities, anti-discrimination and equal treatment
- practical knowledge of regulations on equal treatment and non-discrimination in the workplace
- knowledge of the issues of equal opportunities, gender equality, equal treatment
- Publications on equal treatment and non-discrimination in the workplace are welcome
- creativity, independence and initiative
- interpersonal and communication skills
Form of employment: approx. ¼ full-time employment, employment contract or civil law contract, work for 8 months
