The Foundation is looking for a supervisor for implementation
Scope of duties:
- preparing and conducting a competition for medium-sized enterprises regarding an employee-friendly place
- organizing a pilot project for medium-sized enterprises, which will test a tool on equal opportunities for women and men in business
- organizing seminars for medium-sized enterprises on the possibilities of implementing solutions in the field of equal opportunities for women and men in enterprises
- conducting activities promoting the tool and the project.
We expect candidates to:
- experience in working on projects financed by EU funds
- knowledge of operational programmes under the ESF
- knowledge of the business environment in the context of social activities and responsible business
- knowledge of English
- independence and initiative
- interpersonal and communication skills
- good computer skills
Form of employment: half-time employment contract
