The Cooperation Fund Foundation, together with the project leader, the Rural Activation Forum, invites you to submit offers for training services in the field of participation in the legislative process.

Purpose of the order

The aim of the contract is to select people who will conduct basic training for representatives of rural organizations and organizations from small towns on participation in the law-making process, in the program "Rural organizations in the law-making process", co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development 2014–2020.

Subject of the order

1) Training services for two-day training sessions totalling 12 hours of training or multiples of two-day training sessions totalling 12 hours for participants of the Project "Rural organizations in the law-making process", contract no. POWR.02.16.00-00-0047/16-00
2) Training services include:
a) preparation of a detailed training program based on the ordering party’s guidelines constituting Annex No. 3.
b) preparing materials for participants, consisting of a brochure summarizing the most important information that will be provided during the training.
c) Conducting training during 2 (two) training days for a total of 12 hours or a multiple of 2 (two) training days for a total of 12 hours on the possibilities of participation of rural organizations and organizations from small towns in the law-making process based on the guidelines of the ordering party constituting Annex No. 3, at a place indicated by the ordering party.
3) The Contracting Authority allows individuals and entities employing specialists under employment contracts to participate in the procedure; in such cases, the Contractor will designate a specific employee of the Contractor to conduct the training. Bids submitted by consortia or bids submitted in which the Contractor uses subcontractors are not permitted.
4) The costs related to the preparation, conduct and settlement of the training service performed are borne by the Contractor, the Ordering Party covers only the costs of the Contractor's accommodation and meals.
5) After selecting the Contractor, the Contractor undertakes to cooperate with the Ordering Party in refining the final training program (agreement on details and methodology).

FULL CONTENT OF THE ORDER IN THE COMPETITIVENESS DATABASE PORTAL

The offer can be:
a. send by post (including courier) to the following address: Fundacja "Fundusz Współpracy", ul. Górnośląska 4a, 00-444 Warsaw – the date and time of receipt by the Foundation will be decisive.
b. send by e-mail to: aleksandra.strejmer@cofund.org.pl – the date of display of the message on the recipient's computer is decisive.
c. deliver it in person to the FFW Office at the following address: Fundacja Fundusz Współpracy, ul. Górnośląska 4a, 00-444 Warsaw – the date and time of receipt by the Foundation will be decisive.

The offer should be submitted on the offer form constituting Annex 1 to this request for proposals.
The offer must be completed on a computer and in Polish. Prices quoted in the offer must include all costs related to order fulfillment and cannot change during the contract term.
Contractors are obliged to carefully read the information contained in the request for proposals and annexes and prepare their offer in accordance with the requirements specified in this document.
Offers prepared contrary to the requirements of this request for proposals, submitted on a different form, incomplete or after the deadline will not be evaluated.
Contractors bear all their own costs related to preparing and submitting their offer, regardless of the outcome of the procedure.
