The Cooperation Fund Foundation, which manages and accounts for projects co-financed by the European Union, is seeking a specialist in financial support for implemented projects.
Main tasks:
- Monitoring and reconciling the use of the Leader and Partner budgets,
- Preparation of financial attachments to payment applications,
- Preparation of payment applications,
- Monitoring the compliance of task implementation with the project schedule,
- Control and verification of Partner payment applications,
- Verification of accounting documents submitted for execution/payment,
- Describing accounting documents,
- Close cooperation with the project coordinator,
We expect:
- Have at least three years of professional experience in project accounting
- Having a higher education
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
- Experience in finance or accounting,
- Punctuality, reliability and focus on completing assigned tasks,
- Key features and competencies: initiative, independence and creativity, communication and teamwork skills, effective time management.
We offer:
- Employment from September 1, 2023;
- Employment contract initially for a trial period and then for a fixed term until 31/12/2024 with the possibility of extension.
- Full-time position: 1 full-time position;
- Working in a 3-person team dedicated to project settlement;
