The Cooperation Fund Foundation is looking for an Innovation Promoter in connection with the implementation of the Silesian Innovation Space project.

Who are we looking for:

We're looking for someone to support our team in developing and disseminating the innovative solutions developed in the project. We're looking for someone with experience in implementing or advocating for social innovations, with the ability to edit texts and create simple promotional materials, to join the project team in our Warsaw office.

Scope of tasks:

  • Conceptual work on developing social innovation models for their dissemination, including participation in the development of implementation packages for entities interested in implementing solutions.
  • Selecting promotional channels and preparing materials promoting social innovations incubated within the project, including writing and editing texts for the project website, social media and industry portals, and preparing simple graphic elements (Canva)
  • Collaboration with subcontractors (graphic designers, filmmakers, etc.),
  • Collaboration with innovators to collect innovation products and to conduct the dissemination process (for at least 4 selected innovations)
  • Cooperation with the Managing Authority in matters related to the transfer of innovation products and dissemination
  • Participation in designing implementations at entities ordering social innovations within the project – Silesian Voivodeship
  • Promotion and advocacy for further dissemination of the developed solutions, including the organization of meetings with potential stakeholders of the solutions
  • Co-organization of dissemination events, preparation of substantive meetings and their conduct – the project plans to organize at least 16 meetings in each voivodeship
  • Other tasks related to the dissemination of social innovations developed during the project – to be agreed with the Project Manager.

Requirements:

Education:

– higher education in social, economic or related sciences

Experience (required)

– at least 3 years of experience in advocacy, fundraising, and public relations

– experience in public speaking

– experience in cooperation with local government units and public institutions

– at least 3 years of experience in the implementation or dissemination of innovative projects (concerning new social solutions).

Additionally

– availability for business trips

– independence and creativity

– proficient computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, remote communication programs)

– graphic design skills, use of tools such as Canva, Photoshop and knowledge of the Guidelines for the implementation of projects financed by the ESF will be an additional advantage!

What we offer:

• employment under an employment contract, full-time, for a fixed term until September 30, 2023
• salary of PLN 5,000 – 6,500 gross/month depending on experience
• hybrid work (3 days at the Foundation's office in Warsaw and 2 remote days a week)
• work in an environment of social innovation.
