In connection with the implementation of the CWD Plus project (Advisory Support Center Plus), the Cooperation Fund Foundation is seeking a person for the position of Specialist for coordinating the work of local government partnership supervisors.
Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a person to coordinate the work of a group of approximately 10 experts responsible for animating and supporting local government partnerships in the CWD Plus project. These experts will work with partnerships to prepare application documentation for EU funds and enhance their competencies in strategic local development management.
Scope of duties performed:
- Constant and direct contact with experts (partnership supervisors) and partnerships;
- Ensuring the consistency of the activities of caregivers in individual partnerships, ensuring the equally high quality of the caregivers’ work and maintaining the correct methodology of working with partnerships;
- Solving emerging problems, including providing information or proposing solutions to issues that raise doubts among caregivers regarding the course of the process of working with local governments and "following up" regarding their application;
- Ensuring and supervising the flow of information between individual supervisors, between the project team and supervisors, and between supervisors and the client.
- Planning, controlling and ensuring the correct and timely performance of agreed tasks by caregivers;
- Preparation of notes, reports and summarizing reports on activities carried out.
- Ongoing collaboration with the project team, including those responsible for partnership networking, communication and knowledge management.
- Participation in meetings with representatives of partnerships and marshal offices.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of experience in coordination, maintaining relationships and building a good atmosphere in a group;
- Experience in working for local government administration;
- Experience of at least 3 years in work related to European funds;
- Knowledge of strategic and development programming documents (SOR, sectoral strategies and voivodeship development strategies, Partnership Agreement, draft Operational Programs negotiated under the 2021-2027 perspective)
- Ability to use remote work tools;
- Ability to moderate meetings;
- Driving license category B.
