The Cooperation Fund Foundation, in connection with the implementation of projects within the Masovian Social Economy Support Centre, is seeking a candidate for the position of: project implementation specialist.

Place of work: Warsaw

Form of employment: full-time (1) employment contract

The scope of duties of the specialist in accordance with applicable legal regulations, the project, and the guidelines of the Institutions responsible for the management and implementation of EU Programmes, including in particular:
1. Working for the development of the social economy in Mazovia, creating new jobs and social enterprises.

2. Activities resulting from the implementation of project activities and AKSES (participation in the implementation of substantive tasks, reporting within projects).

3. Participation in ongoing activities related to the implementation of tasks within projects, participation in contractor selection procedures, settlement of project costs, description of documents, participation in the preparation of contracts and other documentation, participation in meetings, conferences, workshops devoted to project implementation, participation in activities related to archiving project documentation.

5. Preparing information about OWES activities and the services available within the offer
OWES advisory support in the creation of new non-governmental organizations,
PES and PS.

4. Preparation of new proposals and projects within the scope of activity
Masovian Social Economy Support Centre and the Social Economy Support Department, cooperation in this regard with other employees and teams of the Cooperation Fund Foundation and partners.

5. Preparation of substantive reports on tasks carried out within the project, i.e. input to payment applications.

6. Liaise with OWES staff, in particular the manager, key general and business advisors, the facilitator, local partnership specialists and the field recruiter and service providers.

We expect the candidate to:
• higher education,
• experience in implementing ESF projects,
• conscientiousness, independence, creativity, responsibility and availability,
• interpersonal and communication skills,
• proficient computer skills in MS Office.

• knowledge of social economy issues is welcome
