The Cooperation Fund Foundation invites tenders for the renovation of three residential premises for the implementation of the Housing First Project – innovative methods of permanently solving chronic homelessness [procedure number: 20/BZP/HF/FFW/2021].
The subject of the contract is divided into three parts:
Part 1 of the contract – renovation of a 17 m² residential unit located in Warsaw, at 7 Przytyk Street, fourth floor, in a building without an elevator, for the implementation of the Housing First Project – innovative methods for permanently solving chronic homelessness . The unit consists of three rooms: a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a hallway. The contract includes construction works (renovation works) in the apartment, the detailed scope of which is specified in the description of works constituting Annex 1 to the request for proposals .
2. Part 2 of the contract – renovation of a 17 m² residential unit located in Warsaw, at 3 Przytyk Street, fourth floor, in a building without an elevator, for the implementation of the Housing First Project – innovative methods for permanently solving chronic homelessness . The unit consists of three rooms: a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a hallway. The contract includes construction works (renovation works) in the apartment, the detailed scope of which is specified in the description of works constituting Annex 1a to the request for proposals .
3. Part 3 of the contract – renovation of a 26.18 m² residential unit located in Warsaw, at Krzyżanowskiego Street 46, second floor, in a building without an elevator, for the implementation of the Housing First Project – innovative methods for permanently solving chronic homelessness . The unit consists of three rooms: a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a hallway. The contract includes construction works (renovation works) in the apartment, the detailed scope of which is specified in the description of works constituting Annex 1b to the request for proposals .
The contractor may submit a tender for one, two or three parts of the procedure.
