The Cooperation Fund Foundation, due to the continuous development of activities and projects for the social economy, is looking for students and graduates to participate in the development program and work as junior research specialists.

who are we looking for?
– those completing second-cycle studies or graduates of humanities/social studies such as: sociology, social policy, social work, anthropology, cultural animation, cultural studies, law, political science
– who have had their first experience in implementing research projects
and those interested in further development in interdisciplinary research projects within the scope of FFW activities
– interested in the topics of social innovation, social economy, social employment, social assistance, local government and local development, and the development of non-governmental organizations.
necessary skills, knowledge and character traits:
– basic knowledge of designing and implementing social research using qualitative and quantitative methods,
– ability to concisely present conclusions from conducted research and analyses,
– ability to work in a team
– presenting, no fear of small public speaking,
– at least intermediate level of MS Office skills,
– general knowledge of the legal system regulating the activities of non-governmental organizations, local governments and social economy entities
– conscientiousness, independence, creativity, responsibility and availability,
Additional, useful competencies:
– knowledge of the SPSS environment
– experience in implementing social projects, including those co-financed by the European Social Fund,
– experience in evaluation work
– knowledge of the principles of functioning of public administration and the non-governmental sector
– category B driving license
II. Goals and potential development paths
We are looking for new employees who will join existing teams implementing external projects, and within 1-2 years they will be able to participate at a specialist level or independently conduct projects in the field of social policy and participate in research and analytical work for various projects implemented at FFW.
The junior research specialist will be assigned tasks within various projects carried out at the Foundation, which he or she will perform under the supervision and direction of his or her "supervisor" or project manager.
