Recruitment for the “Equal opportunities in business (…)” project, implemented in partnership with Employers of Poland, has begun.

Dodano:

Employers of Poland are launching a nationwide project entitled “Equal opportunities in business – a practical tool for implementing the principle of equal opportunities for women and men in enterprises”, implemented under a partnership agreement with the Cooperation Fund Foundation, the Institute of Public Affairs and the Good Practice Factory. The aim of the project is to adapt the tool developed as part of the “Equality in Business” project, which supports companies in promoting gender equality in managerial positions in large companies and increasing women’s participation in economic decision-making, to the specific needs of medium-sized enterprises (employing 50 to 249 employees). The tool will be tested in 40 and implemented in 360 companies.

Recruitment for the first stage of the project, i.e., in-depth interviews (IDI), is currently underway. The aim is to explore experiences and opinions on equal opportunities standards for men and women, as well as the difficulties and challenges associated with equal treatment in the workplace in medium-sized enterprises.

Medium-sized enterprise – an enterprise (company) in which the average annual employee headcount, as defined by the Act on Freedom of Economic Activity, for at least one of the last two years is between 50 and 249.

The organizers invite HR department representatives/managers or those in the management of the company who make decisions about HR policy to participate in the interviews.

Interviews are anonymous. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROJECT IS FREE.
