On February 27th, we began accepting applications for grassroots initiatives, support for self-help groups, and organizational development under the Mazowsze Lokalnie 2017 FIO. As part of the competition for young non-governmental organizations, informal civic groups, and self-help organizations from the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, over PLN 675,000 will be distributed to at least 150 applicants in the form of grants ranging from PLN 1,500 to PLN 5,000. The Program’s goal is to increase citizen engagement in public life, particularly in small local communities, but also in small communities in large cities that have limited access to material resources, knowledge, and innovation. We support ordinary people who want to work together to benefit their communities.
In the FIO-Mazowsze Lokalnie 2017 Competition, the application takes the form of a project fiche. The fiche allows for a brief and specific description of the activities and does not require a detailed budget or timeline.

Competition entries must be submitted using the online generator from February 27 to March 20, 2017.
