We invite you to participate in training sessions organized as part of the “Rural Organizations in the Lawmaking Process” program.
These training sessions will be conducted throughout Poland. Workshops will allow participants to acquire knowledge and skills in areas related to lawmaking and the legislative process in Poland.
In the first training module, conducted between April and July, participants will learn, among other things:
the general framework of the legal system and key acts and their competencies in the lawmaking process,
mechanisms of participation in the lawmaking process at various levels,
financial implications of lawmaking,
lawmaking procedures,
and will learn:
how to use lawmaking tools,
how to use online tools and portals, for example, how to find applicable legal acts and drafts of legal acts relevant to the interests of organizations.
The training lasts two days. Participants will be provided with accommodation, meals, and training materials; travel expenses are their own responsibility.

In the first module, participants will learn about the most important areas of law for rural organizations and the tools enabling active participation in the lawmaking process. The topics covered in the first module serve as a foundation for subsequent training sessions planned for the project. Topics presented in the first module will be tested in practice as part of homework and explored in more detail in the second module.
