Social Impact Vouchers – business strategy

Dodano:

The result of intensive work over the last few weeks is a developed strategy for the introduction and development of a social impact fund on the Polish market, supporting the development of IT competences among women who want to return to the labor market. The document presents the business model, including short- and long-term strategic goals. It also defines the project’s target groups and stakeholders. The instrument’s operational process is discussed in detail, both from the perspective of candidates (women returning to the labor market) and their potential employers.

To effectively implement the voucher system in Poland, which will help women return to professional activity, it is necessary to:

create a network of partners supporting the program;
develop an easy and user-friendly participation system;
present participants with attractive job offers and enable them to acquire in-demand skills;
develop a training program that precisely meets the needs of employers;
provide coaching and support to help candidates feel comfortable in their new reality.

Social Impact Vouchers (SIV) is an international project whose main objectives are to support economically inactive individuals and pilot innovative tools in the labor markets of eight partner countries – Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Hungary.
