On Thursday, January 30, 2025, the first round of additional applications for the “Social Premium” project was launched. Municipalities and counties affected by the flood that occurred in September 2024 in southwestern Poland can benefit from additional financial support. For these local governments, this is an opportunity to cover from 60% to 95% of the costs of providing social services. Who can apply?
Applications may be submitted by local governments listed in the Regulation of September 16, 2024, on specific solutions related to flood recovery, annexed to the Regulation of October 5, 2024, on flood-affected municipalities and the principles of reconstruction in their territories.

When can applications be submitted?
Grant applications under the first round of the additional call for proposals can be submitted from January 30 to February 28, 2025.
How much is the grant and what can it be used for?
Funds amounting to 60% to 95% of the service costs can be allocated to finance social services outsourced to social economy entities (SEEs). These services must be included in the list of eligible services according to the European Social Fund Plus Guidelines for 2021-2027.
Maximum grant amount: PLN 350,000. The allocation for the additional call is PLN 30,000,000.00.
