On January 20, 2025, we will launch the second round of the second call for proposals for grants for the purchase of social services. The allocation for the second round is PLN 54,591,827.39. Funds unused in the second round will be carried forward to the next round. Who is eligible to apply for a grant and how?
We invite all municipalities and counties that decide to outsource social services to a social economy entity (SEE).
Applications will be accepted from January 20 to February 20, 2025. Applications should be submitted via generator.premiaspoleczna.pl.

A grant of up to PLN 350,000: This financial support covers part of the costs associated with providing social services.

Restrictions
Co-financing prohibited from the European Social Fund/European Social Fund+.
Double funding prohibited.
The grant covers only the cost of the service – administrative costs of local government units cannot be financed.
Services provided exclusively by the Social Economy Regime – subcontracting prohibited.
Applications can only be submitted by local government units independently, i.e., applications cannot be submitted in partnership.
