On November 28, 2019, a stakeholder dialogue workshop for the Social Impact Fund took place at the Brain Embassy in Warsaw. The meeting was organized as part of the international Social Impact Vouchers (SIV) project. Together with the Network of Entrepreneurial Women, we had the opportunity to learn about market trends in recruitment and employers’ perspectives on the most sought-after competencies among employees.

The SOCIAL IMPACT VOUCHERS project, part of Interreg Central Europe, aims to establish an Impact Fund and allocate the accumulated capital to create opportunities for unemployed/inactive individuals to return to or enter the labor market.
