We invite you to watch the training film “Customer Service. Tourism Accessible for All,” which was created as part of the innovation transfer project implemented by the Cooperation Fund Foundation entitled “Tourism Accessibility for People with Disabilities (TEAD)” In six scenes, the film shows examples of barriers to the accessibility of various tourism services and suggests what can be done to remove them. The film focuses on situations that do not require capital investment, but where the appropriate behavior of tourism industry employees makes the service more accessible.
