The first meeting of partners participating in the “European Solutions in Quality Assurance – ESQA” project, implemented under the Erasmus+ programme, took place in Warsaw on 8-9 December 2014. The meeting was hosted by the project leader, the Cooperation Fund Foundation. Representatives from all partner institutions involved, including Estonia, Slovenia, the United Kingdom, and Poland, attended. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss key issues related to the project’s implementation.

Project Manager Agnieszka Luck presented the project’s participation rules, planned goals, and tasks, broken down by partner. All aspects of the activities for which the partners are responsible were discussed, and any concerns were clarified.

Financial issues were discussed extensively, both those related to the financing of project activities and the staff involved. A scope of deliverables to be developed in the first quarter of 2015 was established, and dates for the first study visit, organized by the Estonian partner, were proposed. A gala dinner was held on the first day of the meeting, providing a good opportunity to strengthen partnership ties.
