The final meeting of the Cooperation Fund Foundation Council took place on December 10th. The meeting was attended by Dr. Jerzy Kwieciński (Chairman of the Council, Vice-President of EuCP), Mariola Skłodowska-Hończar (Ministry of Treasury), Dr. Bartosz Grucza (Chancellor of the Warsaw School of Economics), and Dr. Marek Szczepański (Managing Director of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego). During the meeting, the Foundation’s Management Board, composed of Tadeusz Kozek (President of the Management Board), Izabella Nowakowska (Member of the Management Board), and Jacek Ostrowski (Member of the Management Board), presented information on the implementation of the third-quarter activity plan and the Foundation’s current situation.
A key point of the meeting was the Management Board’s presentation of the Foundation’s operational directions since 2015, which focused on developing strategic areas of activity in the coming years. Another important point of the Council meeting was the discussion regarding the establishment of a subsidiary by the Foundation.
The next Council meeting is scheduled for early February 2015.
