The Foundation has completed training for 60 experts on testing the collaboration model and launched a pilot program in 31 municipalities across Poland, which will last 14 months. The experts’ tasks will include identifying key testing actors, initiating collaboration between them, and assessing the feasibility of implementing individual procedures, taking into account the use of necessary resources and the likelihood of risk in a given area.
The experts will be supported in their testing work by tutors representing individual project partners. A handbook summarizing the model implementation knowledge has been distributed to the network of experts, which can be found HERE.
