Dodano:

On February 5-6, a meeting entitled “The role and participation of rural non-governmental organizations in the law-making process – an expert forum” was held in Warsaw. Over the course of two days, 40 representatives of the NGO community from rural areas and small towns – experts, representatives of organizations, decision-makers, and the media – discussed the project’s objectives and worked on the design of the training sessions, which will begin in April of this year.

Participants discussed the areas of law most important to rural organizations and communities, as well as the role of rural organizations in the lawmaking process. Experts also discussed how to effectively teach about lawmaking.

The first training sessions will begin in April; more information will be available soon at www.prawonawsi.pl. The project includes basic, specialized, and practical training sessions, webinars, and training for trainers.
