We are pleased to announce that the jury of the Top Quality Vocational School competition has selected the finalists for its 5th anniversary edition.
This year’s competition has slightly changed its format, adapting to the challenging realities and placing greater emphasis on innovative ways for schools to cope with the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The submission format has also been changed – we have moved away from complex submission forms to video submissions.
A total of 44 schools submitted entries to the competition, 38 of which received the “good practice” designation. The jury selected seven finalists, from whom the winners will be selected during the Gala.
List of finalists in the 5th Edition of the Top Quality Vocational School Competition:
Technical School No. 1 in Kwidzyn (Stanisław Staszic School Complex No. 1 in Kwidzyn), with the internship “Social Campaign – Closer to Human Issues”, in the category “Cooperation with the school community, including employers, going beyond the standard organization of internships.”
Władysław Grabski School Complex of Economics, Tourism, and Hotel Management in Łódź, with the internship “Virtual Hotel at ZSETH – an educational project in cooperation with employers,” in the category “Cooperation with the school community, including employers, going beyond the standard organization of internships.”
Zespół Szkół Ekonomicznych im. Maksymilian Jackowski in Słupca, with an internship in the category “Vocational Internships in the Time of the Coronavirus Pandemic. Good Practices in Organizing Remote Work.”
Technical School of Economics No. 8 in Warsaw, with an internship in the category “Competition for the Design of a Three-Fold Wall Calendar for 2021 with a Theme Related to the Mokotów District,” in the category “Developing Key Competencies in Students.”
Władysław Grabski School Complex No. 11 in Warsaw. Technical School No. 20, with the internship “Hotelier runs a professional blog,” in the category “Developing students’ key competencies.”
Regional Tourism School, Technical School, with the internship “Alibaba-Tour Simulation Travel Agency,” in the category “Developing students’ key competencies.”
School Complex No. 1 named after Stanisław Staszic in Płońsk, with the internship “Expressing Ourselves Through Music,” in the category “Developing students’ key competencies.”

“The Highest Quality Vocational School” is an initiative aimed at collecting and promoting examples of best practices in vocational schools in several areas: cooperation with the school community, developing key competencies, and educational and career counseling.
Participating in the competition is an excellent opportunity to showcase teachers’ innovative ideas, interesting initiatives and student achievements, and comprehensive collaboration with employers and other school partners.
The competition is organized by the Cooperation Fund Foundation, supported by the Masovian Board of Education and the Masovian Local Government Teacher Training Center, and Strategic Partner Grupa ANG S.A. The media patron of the 5th edition of the competition is the publishing house Perspektywy.
The competition gala is co-organized by the Marshal’s Office of the Masovian Voivodeship.
