Anonymous survey – Research on the training needs of former and current managers aged 45+

A particular challenge for every company is the loss of experienced and competent employees, primarily managers who have accumulated unique knowledge and valuable skills throughout their careers. The Polish Foundation for Economic Development Support Centers “OIC Poland” based in Lublin, the Cooperation Fund Foundation, the Italian Business School – ISTUD Fundazione, and a transnational team of experts are creating a set of tools and solutions that enable managers over 45 to leverage their potential in supporting less experienced employees. We are asking you to answer questions regarding the training needs of managers over 45 years of age, related to changing their professional profile and taking on new roles/tasks as trainers and consultants.
