International Cooperation
Twinning is a program created on the initiative of the European Commission in 1998.Its main objective is to support public institutions and to contribute to the development of a modern administration in the countries covered by the programs financed by the European Commission, among others, carried out by Cooperation Fund Foundation – PHARE and Transition Facility.
