The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:
Subject of the order:
1. Preparation and delivery to the Ordering Party of materials for the needs of participants in training/animation meetings in the "Discover ES with mOWES" project:
a) cotton bag with long handles enabling carrying on the shoulder, with a grammage of at least 180 gr/m², orange – 1900 pieces,
b) a foldable notebook measuring 115x150x20 mm. The notebook must contain sticky notes and have space for business cards and a pen – 1,900 pieces,
c) orange plastic pen – 1900 pieces.
The materials should include logos in accordance with the information below:
- for materials indicated in point a) – Logos in accordance with Annexes 2 and 3;
- for materials indicated in point b) – Logos in accordance with Annexes 2 and 3;
- for materials indicated in point c) – Logotype in accordance with Annex No. 3.
All materials should be new, of high quality, and aesthetically packaged.
2) The costs associated with preparing and submitting the offer, visualization, and shipping/delivering materials to the PES Incubation and Development Centers in the three subregions (Ciechanów, Ostrołęka, Radom – the exact addresses are provided in section IV of this request for proposals) will be borne by the Contractor. The Ordering Party will not incur any additional costs related to the provision of the service.
3) The Bidder is obliged to send the Ordering Party a visualization of the materials indicated in point 1) together with the submitted offer.
Source of financing: "Discover the Social Economy with mOWES" project. The project is co-financed by the Masovian Voivodeship Government under contract no. 28/MCPS/06/2023/B/ES of June 23, 2023.
