The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:
Subject of the order:
The subject of the order is the audit of the financial statements of the Cooperation Fund Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation or FFW) for 2023 and 2024. The Foundation prepares the Financial Statements in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994.
Source of financing:
The cost of the test will be covered from the Foundation's own funds.
Place and date of order fulfillment:
Warsaw, ul. Chłodna 52 (registered office of Grand Thornton Frąckowiak Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, providing accounting services to the Cooperation Fund Foundation) or another place indicated by the Ordering Party.
The contractor will audit the financial statements:
- for the year 2023, from 11/03/2024 to 25/03/2024 and by 25/03/2024, FFW will be presented with the auditor’s audit report,
- for the year 2024, in the period from 10/03/2025 to 24/03/2025 and by 24/03/2025, FFW will be presented with the auditor's report.
