Subject of the order:
The subject of the order consists of the following parts:

Part 1: Development of visual identification. The scope of work for Part 1 is presented in the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (Appendix 2 to the Request for Quotation). Completion date: by June 2, 2022.

Part 2: Creation and implementation of a website for the CWD Plus project. The scope of work for Part 2 is presented in the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (Appendix 2 to the Request for Proposal).
Work on the website will be divided into two stages:

Stage one will include: the delivery of a website containing the following elements: home page, CWD – a subpage with project information, news as a module on the home page, contact information, a newsletter registration mechanism, terms and conditions, GDPR, information on co-financing from national and EU funds/EU logos. Stage 1 completion deadline: by June 22, 2022.

Stage two involves the completion of the remaining elements constituting the entire service, in accordance with the assumptions described below. Stage 2 completion date: July 25, 2022.

Part 3: Technical Support and SLA (Service Level Agreement). The terms of the technical support and SLA are presented in the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (Appendix 2 to the Request for Proposal). Completion date: support will be provided after the completion of the work planned under Parts 1 and 2, by June 30, 2023.
