Invitation to tender – conference, catering and hotel services as part of the “Advisory Support Center Plus” (CWD Plus) project

Subject of the order:

The subject of the order consists of the following parts:

1. Part I: Conference Service
2. Part II: Food service
3. Part III: Hotel Service

Conference location: in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship within a distance of 50 km from Mrągowo or in Mrągowo.

Conference date: June 14-15, 2022

Number of participants: 220 people in total.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to this Inquiry.

Source of financing:

The “Advisory Support Centre Plus” project is co-financed in 85% by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Technical Assistance Operational Programme 2014-2020 and in 15% by the state budget.
