Invitation to tender – preparation and management of a conference as part of the “Advisory Support Center Plus” project (event service)

Subject of the order:

The Service includes the following parts of the Order:

1. Part 1: Reception and participant service
2. Part 2: Arranging and Conducting a Conference
3. Part 3: Conference Materials
4. Part 4: Online Streaming and Acoustic-Visual Setting
5. Part 5: Conference Studio
6. Part 6: Pre-conference footage
7. Part 7: Event report (post-conference film)
8. Part 8: Photo Service
9. Part 9: Evening Event

Location: hotel in Mrągowo or within 50 km of Mrągowo, the final location of the service will be confirmed.

Conference participants: representatives of local government (at all levels, participants of the CWD Plus project) and the Ordering Party and project partners – a total of up to 220 people from all over Poland.

Purpose of the event: Exchange of knowledge and experiences of the pilot project participants (CWD)
and the starting CWD Plus, integration of the local government community and project partners

Conference date: June 14-15, 2022

Source of financing:

The “Advisory Support Centre Plus” project is co-financed in 85% by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Technical Assistance Operational Programme 2014-2020 and in 15% by the state budget.
