WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU that at the end of May 2022, we have completed work on the Social Impact Vouchers project.
Social Impact Vouchers (SIV) is an international project aimed at creating funds that pool financial and social capital to empower diverse groups to re-enter the workforce. The project was implemented in Poland, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.
In Poland, we supported women who had lost their jobs due to COVID-19 or wanted to return to work after a long break and develop their digital skills. To this end, we created the work.Her program, through which we provided HR support and coaching, and then connected candidates with employers.
