The subject of the order consists of the following parts:
Part 1: acquiring potential employers who, by signing an agreement with the Ordering Party, will declare the employment of a total of up to 15 women – participants of the SIV project, for positions where digital/IT competences are used.
Part 2: conducting online training in the area of digital/IT competences for 20 women – participants of the SIV project (including 15 women who will find employment referred to in part 1 of the Order + 5 additional people), depending on the needs of the Ordering Party and the employers acquired.
Part 3: acquiring partners who will provide financial support for the development of the 4Impact fund, i.e. social investors whose funds will be allocated to activities enabling women to return to the labor market.
Source of financing: The “Social Impact Vouchers” project, co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Interreg Central Europe Programme.
