We are looking for experts in service design methodology who will provide support to beneficiaries of the Silesian Innovation Space project.

Invitation to submit offers for the provision of service support services in the field of service design methodology and the conduct of service design workshops for participants of the "Silesian Innovation Space" project

The Cooperation Fund Foundation requests that you submit an offer taking into account the following requirements:

Subject of the order: 

The order concerns two elements:

A. Support service service design methodology

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service supporting the Service design methodology in the period from August 1, 2021 to May 31, 2023, on average 40 hours/month.

Since all 40 incubated solutions undergo a service design process, and as part of the support process, innovators will collaborate with innovation supervisors, it is crucial to align the methods and tools used by all innovation supervisors and innovators, as well as to continuously evaluate and revise the work of innovation supervisors. The Service Design Methodologist will work closely with the innovation supervisors and the project's technical team.

The full scope of the methodology's tasks is described in the Request for Proposals.

B. Service of conducting service design workshops for project participants.

The subject of the contract is the substantive preparation and implementation of service design workshops for project participants. The contract requires the participation of at least two trainers.

The scope of activities covered by the order is as follows:

1. 1. 1. 1. Substantive preparation of workshops in service design methodology in line with the Incubation Framework Plan. Participation in the workshop should enable social innovators to design their own social innovation and test its prototype in accordance with the service design methodology.
         2. Conducting social innovation design workshops using the Service Design method for project participants, in accordance with the Incubation Framework Plan, in an on-site format at a location designated by the Contracting Authority (Silesian Voivodeship). The contract covers three workshop cycles, each consisting of at least 5 workshops x 8 hours covering the subsequent phases of social innovation design ( total 3 training cycles * 40 hours = 120 teaching hours ). The workshops should include work on specific social innovation ideas, authored by workshop participants. In the case of online workshops, the number of workshops may be adjusted (while increasing the total number of workshops while maintaining the 40-hour duration).

Workshops under the order can be carried out in a stationary formula (except in the event of restrictions resulting from the epidemic situation).
